Event Services is responsible for reserving most (but not all) campus spaces for events. An event is defined as anything that is not a regularly scheduled academic class, including film screenings, tutoring sessions, meetings, public concerts or lectures.
Mount Holyoke hosts several summer camps and conferences each year. Please see our conference website for information about how to plan your own conference or camp on our idyllic campus.
Note: Each camp and/or conference is managed and run by the event hosts using Mount Holyoke College facilities. The College does not run the camps or conferences. Please see the individual camp or conference listings for detailed information including how to register.
Event Services acts as the liaison between campus service departments and the greater campus community. They reserve campus spaces for co-curricular events and coordinate services such as media and room access. They also coordinate summer conferences.
