What clients may notice about my therapeutic style

Clients I work with note my ability to “actually listen.” I meld deep processing with pragmatic interventions. Foundational to my ethos is working from a weight-inclusive paradigm, including Health at Every Size® (HAES), Body Trust® and Intuitive Eating. I admire and draw inspiration from psychotherapists Esther Perel, Dr. Becky Kennedy and KC Davis; activist Sonya Renee Taylor and anti-diet dietitian Christy Harrison.

When I’m not at work...

I enjoy reading, baking, drawing, writing letters and resting.
