Emily Dean

Emily brings nearly 20 years of experience working in the disability services field. In her current role as the Technology Access Coordinator, she assesses and supports student's assistive technology and alternative format needs on campus and supports faculty in creating accessible course materials. Her role as the Operations Director for the department allows her to focus on the department's strategic plan and vision and develop DS's partnerships across campus. She sits on several campus committees dedicated to accessible electronic and information technology. Emily chairs the Accessible Documents and Media subcommittee and represents Mount Holyoke on the Five College Technology Access Committee.
