Role at Health services: Certified Nurse Practitioner. I work to address and support patient health concerns/patient goals, provide education and promote wellness.
Special interests, skills: understanding/supporting behavior change, being a compassionate/welcoming presence, learning spanish, fighting to protect abortion rights, and I am a (very-amateur) harpist.
When I’m not at work you may find me…walking my dog, at the park with my kiddo who was born in 2020.
One thing I do to support my own wellbeing is…Yin yoga.
