Vegan dining gets an “A”
Mount Holyoke College’s Dining Services gets high marks from the Vegan Report Card for its plant-based dining options.
Mount Holyoke College’s Dining Services has gotten an “A” for its vegan-friendly dining from PETA on its newly released Vegan Report Card.
Mount Holyoke is the only college in western Massachusetts to earn such a high grade. Additionally, 90% of the students PETA surveyed reported they were satisfied with the vegan dining options offered.
“Mount Holyoke Dining Services is thrilled to be recognized by PETA with an “A” rating, thanks to the many efforts of our Dining Services team that works hard to meet our students’ ever-changing needs,” said Geoffrey Searl, associate vice president of Auxiliary Services. “We’re pleased to be able to offer a significant variety of vegan options across our many dining concepts daily.”
