As an applied microeconomist, Sarah Adelman works with data rather than theory. Her research focus is health and nutrition in developing countries and she spent time in Uganda researching her thesis, and has also worked in Malawi and Liberia.
Happening at Mount Holyoke
Mount Holyoke honored four professors for their scholarship and teaching at the annual Faculty Awards ceremony in early March, prior to the closing of campus.
My close connection with Morena Svaldi in Italian studies has made me realize that I am more capable of doing things than I may initially believe. Having her support throughout my entire four years has been incredible. I would not be where I am without her.
